| Since 1977 the Parents of Priests Organization (POP) has sponsored a “25 Club” for the benefit of our two diocesan seminaries. Each year, no more than 1000 tickets are sold for the raffle that begins on the first Monday of November. On the First Sunday of November, POP presents Borromeo and St. Mary Seminaries checks totaling $10,000+, from funds raised to date. These donated funds along with all donated funds are used to help prepare future priests (and the seminarians appreciate this generosity). Click here to see some of their notes of appreciation). |

Each week, beginning the first Monday of November, and continuing for 25 weeks there will be a drawing. ► For the first 22 weeks, 3 names are drawn and checks for $25.00 are awarded to the winners as well as $5.00 to the sellers of winning names. ► On the 23rd and 24th weeks, 1 name is drawn for $250.00/seller wins $25.00 and 2 are drawn for $125.00/seller wins $12.00. ► On the final 25th week, 1 name is drawn for $500.00/seller wins $50.00 and 2 are drawn for $250.00/seller wins $25.00. Winning tickets are returned to the “hopper” the following week, so it is possible to win more than once. In fact, it is possible (though highly unlikely) that you could win a total of 25 times during the 25 weeks worth of drawings! Net proceeds collected in the “25 Club” drawings (printing, postage, and other expenses excluded) is given to our diocesan seminaries.
